Is a synthesis of healing modalities-restorative yoga, gentle yoga, breath work, guided meditation and hands-on healing-that creates an experience of deep relaxation where natural healing can take place. The techniques of therapeutic yoga unique ways to support the special needs of the individual in their own process of healing.

I want to offer you an opportunity to find your own healing by incorporating yoga, meditation and breathing techniques in your daily life. My main focus is to guide you through these healing practices, to help you develop a strong mind, body, and spirit.

In yoga therapy the methods and tools that yoga provides are used to help heal:
• Physical issues: pain, tension, injuries & hardened fascia.
• Stress, burnout, anxiety & depression.
• Issues with blood circulation, digestion, sleep & hormones.

Each session is focused on creating a safe space in the mind of the student. In the beginning of the session, I will bring awareness to the body and breath, followed by gentle yoga poses and ending with meditation.
